Ft. studio apartment has an additional 10 Ft. x 20 Ft. deck/balcony out front overlooking the Celo Valley with a spectacular view of the Celo and Black Mountain ranges (see photos). This apt. has its own private entrance. Sorry, we must maintain a no pet policy, no exceptions.

Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.

Welcome to Boulder Ridge! This is the ‘little cabin in the woods’ you’ve always wanted. Boulder Ridge is a 700 square-foot Lincoln-Log style log cabin located on four gorgeous acres in Burnsville, North Carolina. Have a picnic on one of our many boulders on the property. Sit out back around the fire and relax. The loft has a queen sized bed and a futon. Our bathroom has a gorgeous clawfoot tub. Feel free to reach out to us. Only 10 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway with Beautiful Overlooks and Hiking.. A BEARY RELAXING Cabin is located a 1/2 mile from the Toe River for fishing and kayaking. The Penland School of Crafts is 3 miles away and the beauty of the campus can not be beat. We are halfway between Boone and Asheville for all that these two towns offer.

The hot tub with the view of the river & the firepit with wood furnished is a great way to spend the day outdoors… hiking, Fly fishing, tubing , kayaking or just relaxing watching for wildlife that happens by is a great way to spend the day. Dining, winery’s , skiing & shopping close by.
