We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. For more than 15 years, it has been my sanctuary when the rough and tumble of the business world has kicked me in the stomach, when heartbreak hit, and later it was the co-parent in helping me raise my gorgeous girls. Live like you own Church street in SF

Thanks for taking an interest in my apartment. Its perfect for one to two people although it can sleep four with the pull out bed. Years ago, it was a home movie theater. I converted it into a bedroom but kept the movie screen. There are some personal family photos in the unit only. Dresser and closet are empty. The deck is a perfect place to relax in the afternoon to take in the sunset and look onto Church street. VERY IMPORTANT! Read my pet/parking information before booking.
