Large Light Filled Quiet Artist built 2BR Apt

Large, light filled, quiet, private 2 bedroom apartment/guest suite with split bathroom (toilet and sink in one room, soaking tub/shower and sink in other), kitchenette, and ceilings up to 16'. We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

Stylish Garden Suite with a dash of Vintage

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Note: Although private, this unit is below my house and connects by a shared laundry area and hallway. See House Manual and images for details

You'll find the location and space very rewarding and we can not wait for you to experience it all :)

Live Like a Local in Sunny Bernal Heights

Located close to the Mission and Potrero Hill, our 2 bedroom (approx 1000 sq.ft.) rental is near great restaurants, unique shopping, and the newly opened Chase Center. This 2 bedroom unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need to have a relaxing and fun-filled stay in San Francisco. There's easy access getting into and out of our neighborhood and our street has ample parking. We love to host and are excited to meet new people eager to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer!

Newly renovated apartment built in a 130-year-old Marina-style house with a separate entrance from the main house. Two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a large smart TV. The apartment has a perfect placement on a quiet street, but close enough to all the great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife of the Mission (98 walk score). I live upstairs in the same home and am available during your stay, while guests have full privacy in their own space.

We live on site upstairs and will be sharing the residential unit at same time during your stay . We are alway available via text for whatever you need. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to have a memorable stay .The apartment is set in the picturesque Bernal Heights area steps away from quaint cafes , charming restaurants and boutiques . The Mission Districts notable taquerias and nightlife spots are within striking distance . Uber/ Lyft .very quiet and very safe neighborhood .

Audrey & Nick's Place

Audrey and Nick’s place is a comfortable, spacious studio with a private entrance, and all the comforts of home. It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards. It has all the basics, and then some. It is a perfect base of operations for days and nights on the town or around the Bay and a great place to stay in and get things done.

Downtown SF SOMA district entire suite with private entrance. The 2 BR Apt has a living room with kitchenette/washer & dryer/ smart tv and pull out queen sofa bed. Two bedrooms , one with king bed and one with queen bed. One full bathroom with shower over bathtub and one dining room with glass table and 4 chairs. This house was built in 1906 and has original hardwood floors and woodwork. The apt has 10ft ceilings and is very private and clean. Very central SF location.
