This villa is composed of 2 floors decorated in a modern style. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (the toilets are outside the room), the kitchen with breakfast bar, a living room and the terrace with swimming pool, garden and access to the sea. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower room (the washbasins are outside the bedroom), the other living room with TV and a huge terrace with views to the pool, garden and the sea.

Para los amantes del mar, el Trenc y las maravillosas playas de blanca arena del sur de mallorca se encuentran a pocos minutos en coche. Cerca tambien está el puerto de la Colonia de Sant Jordi, Sa Ràpita y Ses Covetes. El pueblo mas cercano es Ses Salines, con tiendas y restaurantes.
