She’s situated no more than 12 mns from South beach, 7 from downtown, brickell and only 3 mns from the design district and wynwood. Publix, CVS and many stores are just walking distance. The Miami int’l airport is 15 minutes away. Casa Linda offers 2 very spacious bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, a huge deck and a spacious parking lot. Private 2-room suite with private bathroom partitioned from the main house (like one side of a duplex), with two private entrances (front and backyard) and a separate driveway. Direct access to backyard gardens & pool. * Not recommended for guests who want to cook, since there isn't a full-sized kitchen but a small kitchenette with limited counter space. Great for grilling outdoors, since there's a gas grill with propane provided.
