The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

L'appartamento è privato ed indipendente, nel piano centrale di una casa in una zona tranquilla affacciata su un tipico canale, a 10 minuti da parcheggi e bus, 15 dalla stazione, vicino una fermata del vaporetto, supermercato e ristoranti. Ha camere con vista sul canale, due bagni con doccia entrambi con finestra, ampio soggiorno e cucina luminosa. Io vivo nella stessa casa in un appartamento separato, al piano superiore. Sarà un piacere aiutarvi in caso di necessità. Il patio è per me e ospiti.

The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

Confortevole casa vacanze stile moderno/antico recentemente ristrutturata. Da qui, raggiungere Venezia, è semplicissimo. La fermata dell’autobus più vicina dista solamente 2 minuti a piedi dalla casa e in appena 10 minuti di autobus si raggiunge l’isola. A due passi c’è anche il centro cittadino dove non mancano supermercati, negozi, locali, bar, ristoranti, tabaccai, farmacie e banche.
