The house features a downstairs open plan living and dining area with kitchen and laundry/mud room. Upstairs are two airy bedrooms with farm views (master with doors to balcony) and a bathroom. The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.
