We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Mulberry Cottage is located near Ceres and the Merri Creek with bike paths, birds & wildlife. Walking distance from East Brunswick Village, with cinema, restaurants, brewery & supermarket. The iconic Lomond Hotel is around the corner. The 96 tram takes you to the city centre & St. Kilda Beach.
