Siamo a Mazzaforno, esclusiva frazione a 4 km dal centro di Cefalù. La spiaggia pubblica di Mazzaforno, ADATTA AI BAMBINI, dista da casa 250m ed è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La nostra villa si trova all'interno di una strada privata e con altre 3 case condividiamo l'accesso diretto e privato al mare (a 150 metri da casa) NON ADATTO A BAMBINI con costa di scogli piatti e fondale sabbioso. In circa 2 minuti a piedi, si arriva al mare senza uscire dalla proprietà (viottolo +58 gradini).
