Handy to the Timber Trail and Waitomo Caves. Lots of local walks featuring waterfalls and stunning rock formations which can also be enjoyed here on the farm. Handy to Hairy Feet, film location of Lord of the Rings, a great Golf Course and the well known Berry Orchards. Not to mention a pool to cool off! We also welcome horses😊

'Painted Skies' is a modern two bedroom guest house situated on our 20 acre lifestyle block 3km from the Te Kuiti township in the heart of the King Country. We are about 35 minutes from Mt. Ruapehu and Whakapapa ski village. We are located about 4 Ks from Taumarunui town which has a supermarket, restaurants and other places of interest. please note: microwave only for heating food
