Palms Retreat

Spend a relaxing peaceful stay at our self-contained studio at beautiful Kuaotunu. The studio is separate from the main house and has it's own outdoor patio. Kuaotunu beach is only 2 minutes walk away and even in summer never gets crowded. 10 mins walk to the Kuaotunu village where you will find the famous Luke's Kitchen restaurant, Kua Kawhe Cafe and the well stocked general store. And not forgetting the local ice cream store! Large reserve, Tennis courts and Petanque court are right next door.

Created with flair & love by its on-site hosts, offering the traveller a modern, luxury, self-contained option to busy motels/hotels ensuring a great nights sleep after a busy day. Centrally located, within a short walk to launch your kayak in one of the canals, or alternatively a short flat cycle or drive to gorgeous Buffalo beach, the town center with its assortment of cafes, restaurants, shops etc, only a couple of minutes commute.

Cooks Beach Studio Escape

Renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Complete with kitchenette, located in the same space as bedroom (see pics) seperate bathroom across a small covered gangway and outdoor furniture on the rear of our reserve front property just a 2 min walk from the beach. BACK OF PROPERTY – Cozy on Cook Enjoy a quiet, self-contained studio at the back of the property, offering a more secluded stay with a private enclosed deck. Just a short walk to the hot mineral Lost Springs and the town centre and waterfront. Twin Palms self contained accommodation

Self contained stand alone accommodation in quiet street, parking right outside the unit. Close to estuary, an easy 15 minute flat walk to main street. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.

Self-contained apartment in a unique, artist-designed house: a beautiful studio with lovely new bathroom, situated in the hills above Kuaotunu, surrounded by NZ native forest. Enjoy sitting on the deck, under giant fern trees, listening to birdsong and the gurgling of the stream. If you're lucky you'll even hear our resident Kiwi calling! Our cottage is close to parks, Cooks beach, Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove. You’ll love the stunning views over Mercury Bay and its islands from the bed and terrace. The cottage is private surrounded by bush. There is a full kitchen and you are welcome to use the vegetables and fruit from the garden. Cooks Cottage is perfect for a couple.
