We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Cotuit Room Quaint but everything you need our rentals our attached to the Portside Tavern in Hyannis. Conveniently located in downtown, this condo is close to everything the town has to offer! The bars, restaurants and shops are a stone's throw away, one is literally attached to the building! The ferries and the beach are not much further than that. Our spaces here are named after the seven villages in Barnstable and offer self-check in and out and more privacy than a hotel.
