Cycle and walking trails/pathways are moments from the property, including bridle tracks (there is ample room to park horse floats and small paddocks/areas for your horse to graze if required). Get way from IT! Please enjoy my home while I'm off on a tour of duty as an outback midwife. I'm not joking about getting away from it (aka technology) - there is no wifi or TV! Don't worry there is strong cellphone coverage if you need to turn your phone on. My 100 year old villa does have all of the other mod cons and is situated 2 minutes walk from the train station and five minutes from the cafes, restaurants and pubs. And my back gate opens onto Howard Booth Park - for exercise & play.

The Victorian Villa - Masterton

This 1907 Victorian Villa built entirely of beautiful New Zealand native timber features five bedrooms, four of which are currently set up for guests. (two queen, one double and two single beds) Located on popular Renall Street it's only a short 5-10min walk to Renall Street Train Station or to Masterton's town center where you'll find cafes, shops, cinema and restaurants. Or take a day trip to Wairarapa's iconic beaches- Castlepoint and Riversdale, both are only a 45min drive away.
