Upstairs there is bedroom. Distance to Rovaniemi and Santa's village is about 50 kilometers so I recommend to rent a car. there is no public transportation

Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

If you love nature and silence, the right place for you and your family. On dark autumn and winter evenings if you are lucky you can spot northern lights directly form the yard. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a remote workstation and a spacious living room. Also, there is free parking for the guest in front of the cottage.

Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc. Huoneisto sijaitsee omakotitalon päädyssä,omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Kohde sijaitsee luonnon rauhassa n.30km päässä Rovaniemen keskustasta. Täällä voit nähdä revontulet ja tähtitaivaan omalla rauhallisella pihalla. N.5km päässä poro- ja rekikoiraajelutusta (kysy näistä lisää viestillä) Huoneistosta on n.1,5km matka bussipysäkille mistä pääsee neljä kertaa päivässä bussilla Rovaniemelle ja takaisin. Omalle autolle löytyy ilmainen pysäköintipaikka.
