Charming Guest Room in 1907 Cottage on Russian Hill

Begin a relaxing morning out on the porch, then head to the local international market and delis. This fully-equipped suite features a comfy 4-poster bed, kitchenette, and charming dining area. It's all the comforts of home with a 20th-century vibe. Annie’s Cottage offers charming accommodations within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, China Town, North Beach and other San Francisco favorites. Our unique San Francisco lodging on Russian Hill is convenient to many interesting shops and boutiques nearby. The historic San Francisco cable car system is only a short 1/2 block away. The accommodation is very private with a separate entrance and private deck. Since we are behind another building there is very little street noise. It is like being in the country in the middle of San Francisco. There is a queen bed and also a sofa bed but it is an additional cost. Three people, 2 beds add $15 per night, two people 2 beds add $7.50 per night. I live on the property so I am usually available by phone or text. At this time there is no personal interaction The home is located in an eclectic neighborhood with residents of all ages. It is 1/2 block to the cable car and 2.5 blocks from the popular Polk Street, which offers an array of ethnic restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to North Beach and China Town. The vibrant Financial District is also close by. The cable car line, going to Fishermans Wharf and Union Square is 1/2 block away, Buses going all directions are 2 1/2 blocks away.

This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, Inner Sunset Parkside SF neighborhood. This home is newly remodeled. Spacious open common areas with all brand new appliances. 3bd and 2ba. The master suite has a king bed, bathroom and a small balcony. 2nd room has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Home is close to shops/restaurants at West Portal, Mosaic Steps, Grand View, Golden Gate Park and short drive to Ocean Beach. I’m the owner and do my best to respond quickly.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

Guest Suite in PacHeights, Japantown & Fillmore St

Our 1-bedroom basement space comes with a large bedroom with a California king-size bed, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bath and a wet bar with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini dishwasher, toaster oven & sink. We don't recommend it for 4 adults (the sofa bed can feel cramped) but it's great for people traveling with young kids. We use all-cotton Frette sheets and Land's Ends' towels for ur comfort. We live upstairs and try to be quiet but you may hear us.

Away from street. Private outdoor area. In Polk & Chestnut area, close to great restaurants/cafes, easy walk to Aquatic Park and Ghirardelli Square. I live within the three bedroom residential unit and will be sharing the residential unit with guests during their stay (with a separate entrance).
