It has a conservatory which gathers all day sun and a private outdoor garden area. Close to the Coastal walkway, cafes and shops. Decorated in a mid- century theme, very relaxed and comfortable! Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, TV, Netflix and free wifi. 15-20 mins from New Plymouth. 10 minutes from Airport. 40 mins from White Cliffs Walk, 15 mins to Pukekura Park Festival of the Lights. 35mins to Mt Taranaki. Some book for 1 guest and show up with 6. So we check our door camera. Please be honest.

There are two bedrooms , one with a queen bed, the second with a queen and a single bed. Also a sofa bed in a sunroom , which has heavy curtains , for privacy from the lounge It is located close to the scenic coastal walkway, Ngamotu beach & playground, Mt Paritutu, and Back Beach for walking and maybe a surf.

Extremely private with coastal remote feel but only 5min from Opunake's cafes, pubs and "NZ's best" award winning Fish & Chip shop.
