The property offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a studio sleepout, large kitchen and large living areas. The backyard is fenced with a huge yard for kids and pets to run about. If your a boaty your pride and joy can be moored on the solid stand on the canal which provides quick access to the estuary. Enjoy the dolphins which venture up and down the canals.
