Das Haus in Barusici (Hausnummer 11a) wurde 1933 sehr stabil mit 60cm dicken Steinwänden und einem Kamin erbaut um es als Wohnhaus zu nutzen. Allerdings wurde das Haus dann als Stall verwendet. Dieses Haus wurde liebevoll zu einem Ferienhaus zum rundum wohlfühlen renoviert. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Appartement More mit einem großen Balkon. Bei Meerblick und mit kühlem Getränk, lässt sich hier perfekter der Sonnenuntergang genießen. An heißen Tagen spendet ein Sonnensegel Schatten.
