Our new modern ski house is located in the peaceful Kondo area, between 2 of the most vibrant ski areas, Niseko and Rusutsu. It offers convenient access to a variety of charming shops, local restaurants while maintaining a sense of quiet retreat. The house features an open and airy layout including a spacious living room, a contemporary kitchen, a dining area, and 2 comfortable bedrooms. It combines practicality with a touch of elegance, ensuring a relaxed & stylish living experience.

Relaxing house by Lake Toya

The house is located in a quiet natural setting, about 30 seconds from the shores of Lake Toya. It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.

Vacation house near Noboribetsu Onsen

It is a very quiet place surrounded by nature. A BBQ space in front of the river in the backyard is available for bonfires and wood-chopping. Hammocks and swings are available for guests with children. Located just a few minutes drive to Noboribetsu Onsen district, you can enjoy many day-trip hot springs. There is a convenience store within walking distance. We recommend staying at least 2 nights and driving. Travel by bus or cab is inconvenient.

Please note: The BBQ house is closed from November to March due to snow and freezing conditions. Public transportation is limited, so traveling by car is recommended. All bedrooms are tatami-style and may have a natural rush-grass scent.
