It is a calm place to reflect and unwind as you take in the breathtaking views, while still being very close to the city, shops and schools. Off the grid: take a break from load-shedding and water-shedding. The cottage is situated 5km (7 minutes’ drive) from the centre of Makhanda (Grahamstown).

It is also suitable as a retreat centre.

The Lodge has been recently re-vamped and provides all the home-away-from-home comforts that you need. We are a working farm so road conditions are variable.
