The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

The GrazieSole farmhouse is a newly renovated 1900s farmhouse, in a characteristic style with original stone walls, exposed bricks and ceilings with wooden beams, it has a 12-metre swimming pool with breathtaking views and a wide panorama that extends from the Sibillini Mountains to the adjacent hillside villages. It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

L’appartamento è composto da un luminoso ingresso su soggiorno con cucina a isola due camere da letto entrambe con Tv e bagno, 2 ampie terrazze panoramiche e parcheggio privato. La vasca idromassaggio ha un costo aggiuntivo. Nel caso in cui due ospiti desiderino l’uso di entrambe le camere c’è un supplemento.

Ci troviamo nel sud delle Marche vicino a Fermo e Ascoli Piceno, tra gli ulivi e la vigna biologica del Casale Biancopecora di Massimo e Michela, una struttura interamente recuperata con principi di bio edilizia e anti sismica, le viste a perdita d'occhio nella meravigliosa campagna del centro Italia e sui Monti Sibillini. A soli 27 km dal mare di Porto San Giorgio. Gli appartamenti sono stati ristrutturati utilizzando i vecchi materiali originali della casa con tutti i confort attuali.

Appartamenti separati che si affacciano sul lago di San Ruffino e su una bellissima vista sui Monti Sibillini. La vista sul lago è accompagnata dal suono degli animali che lo abitano e dalla natura circostante. Il luogo è un'oasi di pace: è adatto per chi è amante della natura e desidera tranquillità. Sono presenti diverse specie di uccelli ed è il luogo ideale per chi ama fotografare. L'alloggio non è dotato di cucina ma è presente un piccolo frigorifero.

L'appartamento Regina dell'Agriturismo Terre Vineate è composto da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cucina, due camere con bagno all'interno. Le due camere hanno l'aria condizionata. All'esterno ha un piccolo gazebo in legno riservato. Potrete usufruire delle zone comuni come il portico centrale con vista sui Sibillini, la piscina, l'area giochi per bambini e la cantina. La mia struttura dista 20 minuti da Campo imperatore e 40 minuti da Prati di Tivo . Inoltre L’Aquila capitale della cultura 2026 dista mezz’ora.
