Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Skylarks is a beautifully restored, 18th Century listed beamed one bedroomed holiday apartment located a few steps from the High Street in Lymington. Despite being so close to the High Street it is in a very quiet location. It is situated above a shop, totally self-contained, it sleeps 2. It has a superking size bed. Skylarks has a flat screen freeview smart tv and blue ray dvd player (also has 3D), free wifi, microwave, fridge, hob and shower room. Linen and towels provided free of charge.

The first floor, two-bedroom apartment is conveniently located at the end of Lymington High Street, a stone throw away from the atmospheric cobbled streets and the Lymington Town Quay. A perfect stay in the heart of this charming, nautical town. Because of its location, there will be street noise from traffic during the day. Parking is limited in the centre of Lymington but we offer a parking clock which enables free parking in the three public car parks nearby.

Accessed by its own front door, and with a parking space on the drive, the annexe has a studio layout, king-sized bed, fully-equipped Siemens kitchen, and a dining and sitting area. A separate bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. The property is suited to couples or singles.

A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.
