Just minutes from both SOMC and KDMC and 5 minutes from the historic downtown Boneyfiddle area, floodwall murals, Shawnee State University and the Ohio river. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A bamboo grove uniquely lines the backyard making it a perfect "Panda Palace". Fur babies welcome! Quaint in the hills of Southern Ohio. This studio apartment is a one bed room with a lovely view overlooking the outdoor horse riding arena. It offers a kitchenette and sitting area downstairs. Upstairs has a queen size bed over looking the riding arena. A country setting at it's best. Pet friendly. Trailer Parking available. Some weekends we host equine events. Horses and exhibitors will be around the facility. There is a horse arena in front and at times you can watch !
