A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. Chatsworth Retreat

Nestled amongst native trees in iconic Chatsworth Road, this accommodation provides privacy in a standalone location. Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Great overnight location after work commitments, a family occasion or for a weekend away. This is a very quiet location with a short drive or ten-minute walk to Silverstream Village, Supermarket, Railway Station, restaurants and a local Gastro pub.

Sea Vista at The Annexe @ Westhill Cottage

Enjoy a relaxed stay in Point Howard, at the start of Eastbourne. Looking for something different? Our beautiful Ian Athfield designed home, has a self-contained annexe with its own entrance. Admire the stunning harbour views that take in the harbour entrance, the Eastern Hills and Wellington City's coastal suburbs. On a fine day the Kaikoura range peaks can be seen. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

No more than a couple of minutes walk to the beach, 3x cafes, tennis, bus, ferry, a gift gallery and bush walks. Located in a quiet, leafy suburb with shops nearby this apartment is in a sturdy house built in 1965 with a picnic lawn and view to Rangituhi. A 15 min walk to the railway station. Kapiti Line, min drive to Te Rauparaha Arena, Whitireia Polytechnic and the Police College. 20 - 30 min drive to Wellington. The space can be comfortable with one bed, or a family space with an extra one or two beds. There ‘s a lip (small wooden barrier) into the shower and a low ceiling. Great Wifi No TV.

A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.
