Relax in this cosy ground floor cottage flat with front door access on a pedestrianised street. There is a garden and shared patio with bench and bbq available as well as a lawn out the back with free allocated parking. Garden in full bloom atm! Guests have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with me. Excellent connections via bus to city centre, close to the airport with a Tesco, Lidl and Scotmid just down the road. The Zoo and Murrayfield stadium are nearby. Quiet and friendly neighbours.

Our hotel is located in a peaceful area of the New Town but close to all tourist attractions Room 7 on the lower ground floor is our largest room and has a double bedroom and a separate lounge with sofa bed that sleeps two children. Babbity’s consists of a delightful bar, an upstairs eatery/function space and 6 Hotel rooms on the second floor. The newly refurbished bathrooms have modern showers with both hand and head sets, anti condensation mirrors, AV sockets and towel rails. Each room has free WIFI - a new 44" inch flat screen tv, desk, Data points and hair dryer. A continental breakfast is included in the price.

The bed can be arranged as a single or double room, according to the number of guests.

Twin Room with Breakfast

Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our twin room is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs. It has two standard single beds and a washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. A separate bathroom is allocated to this room which is about 3 meters away. A bathrobe is provided as are complementary toiletries.

Situated in a quiet residential area but a short walk to amenities - I offer a lovely twin room with desk area and window overlooking the local park. The property is under ten minutes walk from the Crosshill train platform which is less than 10 minutes from the city centre. Hampden Park (Scotland's National Stadium) is less then 10 minutes walk so very convenient for gigs and sports games.
