It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

L'arredamento è un giusto mix tra moderno e antico, elegante ma funzionale. All'esterno un'ampia zona privata a disposizione degli ospiti, con zona pranzo ombreggiata e barbecue privato.
