A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
