Awesome sunset views from the elevated deck with a 6 person Hot Tub on year round , inside has new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans in every room + Air Condition. Sweet cottage steps from the beach, sand dunes, lighthouse, playground, tennis courts, skateboard park, shops, restaurants and the LBI shuttle. Beach Haven with all it's summer amenities like water park, amusements, arcade, mini golf is just a short drive away or take the LBI shuttle and spare yourself the driving.
