The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. We rent out our parking in front of the house for 5 chf/day.

There's one separate bedroom and a loft area upstairs with two beds next to each other in the open space. Also, there's a sofa bed. There's only one bathroom in this apartment which is in the bedroom. This apartment has a pretty large terrace, though. It has a very nice view of the mountains "Bürgerstock", "Gemsstock" and the rooftops of other houses in the city.
