Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Das Haus liegt zentral in Kärnten und nur ca. 3 Kilometer von der Autobahnabfahrt Velden West und vom Wöhrtersee entfernt. Im Garten befindet sich ein Gartenbungalow der ebenfalls mitbenützt werden kann. Im Haus befinden sich 2 Wohneinheiten zu denen je ein Parkplatz gehört.
