The Little Blue House in Central Tacoma

Enjoy your stay in this fully renovated home in Central Tacoma. In this charming 1910 two bedroom, two bathroom home you're close to all the restaurants and entertainment on 6th Avenue, just a short drive from the zoo at Point Defiance, concerts at Dune Peninsula, and the beautiful new waterfront at Point Ruston. This cozy haven is an 8 minute drive from the Tacoma Dome for concerts and events and centrally located for day trips to sightseeing on the Olympic Peninsula and nearby Seattle.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tacoma Landing • Bright, Modern, Central

Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, an open living & dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.

This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

With all of the essentials - 1 bed(firm), 1 Sofa bed 2 smart TVs, refrigerator, washer/dryer access, convection oven, stovetop, jacuzzi tub, WiFi, private entrance and more; My home is a 1920's Craftsman home and I have teenagers. I have done my best to sound proof the space, however sometimes you will hear us upstairs.
