Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Located only 30 minutes from Portland this adorable and cozy cottage sits 10 feet from Watchic Lake. Listen to the loons all day, paddle to an island, stare at the glassy lake from the breakfast nook, swim forever, read a book in the screened-in porch or toast marshmallows in the firepit, whichever it may be you'll simply enjoy the peace and tranquility of this very private Maine lake house nestled in the woods. Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired.
