Please understand if you let us know last minute on the day, there is a possibility of a delay in your check-in time as we plan in advance our schedule..... hence, please be patient:) There may also be occasions where you may need to collect keys from concierge. Wake up in the heart of Sydney, step out and walk to explore Sydney's attractions like The Opera House, Art Gallery, Sydney Tower, Royal Botanic Gardens, Darling Harbour, China Town or Sydney Convention Centre. Walk to trains, buses or ferries to reach Manly, Bondi Beach or The Blue Mountains. Experience quality near-by cafes, restaurants & enjoy the atmosphere of a cocktail-bar, nightclub or our Casino. Then relax at the rooftop pool to marvel at the city view or take a work-out at the gym. Museum station is only minutes of walking distance away. You can use it to visit any other part of Sydney quickly. In fact, you can take a train from the airport, get out at Museum Train Station and then walk a couple of minutes to reach the apartment. The train ride takes around 13 minutes. If however, you prefer to take a taxi, the taxi will take approximately 20 minutes (between $45 to $60 depending on traffic). Buses are your other option to travel around Sydney. There are several options and depending on where you would like to go, the bus stops are again only a short walk. The 'INSTANT-BOOK' function is enabled so you can make a booking straight away if your dates are available. Please refer to the Airbnb listing calendar for availability of the home. If dates are blocked out, that means they have been taken. PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within the apartment, your booking will be cancelled. Its beautiful views over the water and Potts Point are key, but this studio has everything you need for a city visit or a staycation. Conveniently placed just minutes to Potts Point and within walking distance to all of Sydney's main attractions: Botanic Gardens, Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Art Gallery NSW, Museum of Contemporary Art and the CBD. 2 guests, any more will be charged on top. Our place is a new 1 bedroom studio located in trendy Inner West Marrickville. It is close to many shops and Restaurants. There are two train stations in walking distance that will take you to the city or to the beach. The Studio has it own private access and the Studio itself is a totally private space. King's Hideaway has a brand new orthopaedic bed, fresh quality linen, you can be rest assured to sleep well. It has a comfortable and relaxed feel.

The Curly Surf Shack

Situated at the bottom of our garden, The Curly Surf Shack is a private little hide away on Sydney's best surfing beach Curl Curl. Close to great restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife. Transport to City and Manly on the doorstep. We are dog friendly; we have a Beagle x Poodle called Snoop who is very friendly with other dogs.

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
