Forest garden apartment Kulloviken

Our lovely annex was build in 1968, few years later than the main house where we live. It has been fully rennovated to accomodate a full kitchen, bathroom and a living area with a double bed and a vintage couch. We wanted to bring back some of the farmhouse charm with wood floors, raw tiles and a good twist of rural mystic. The kitchen was hand made from scratch to perfectly take you to a past now forgotten. The modern utilityes are there for your convinience, without breaking the spell.

In this apartment the original wooden squeaky floors welcome you to relax and enjoy your stay! I always wash the mattress cover and bed chlothes to every quest with undcented Finnish vegan products - my motto is "Clean bed gives you good sleep"! Calm neighborhood with excellent transportation connections makes accommodation comfortable and makes you feel like home. The bus stops are located right near near the apartment and the metro station is only a 5-minute walk away (450 meters from the apartment) which takes you to the city center within 12 minutes.

Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
