We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

Spacious vintage upstairs apartment with hard wood floors, high ceilings and tall windows. Bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower. Full kitchen with all amenities. Laundry and Gym in the same room. Gym has treadmill, stair master and free weights. Huge bar/game room has a pool table and games. Deck overlooks downtown. Large bedrooms with closet/drawer space. It is a vintage building that has old hardwood floors, strange plug ins, antique hardware on doors, and some stairs to climb to get to it.

Our historic 1906 Cottage Garden guest house is located on I-70 half-way between Kansas City & Denver, Colorado in WaKeeney, KS. Stroll across the brick street to the adjacent park which surrounds the historic native limestone courthouse. Whole house available for you and up to 6 guest total. There is a traeger grill available to use if needed. Washer and dryer is available for washing clothes. One full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of parking and there are two additional building on the property available if needed. Coffee pot available, paper plates, and utensils available for our guests as well.

Liberty Lodge is located just minutes away from Kirwin Reservoir. The reservoir is known as the goose capital of Kansas. It also known for its great walleye and crappie fishing.
