Take a break and unwind at this peaceful lakefront home. Beautiful lake house with a private dock and direct waterfront access. Kayaks and a canoe are provided for guest use. The large dock is perfect for fishing and lounging in Adirondack chairs to watch the sunset. There will also be floats and life vests available. There is a large backyard with a fire pit by the water and a six-burner gas grill located on the rear deck for barbecuing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Welcome to The Holly at Amston Lake! Great two-bedroom cottage situated in a peaceful lake community. Great place to enjoy time with family and friends. Take a stroll down to the main beach or enjoy the great views of the lake from the deck! Don't forget about the gas fire pit for those chilly evenings. We are located near numerous vineyards, a brewery, the Connecticut Airline Trail, and great local restaurants! Guests have access to the grill, fire pit, kayaks, and two main beaches.

Our recently renovated lake house is situated on 1.5 acres just 250 steps to the Cove Road boat launch on beautiful Amston Lake. The lake is a pristine 188-acre retreat located in Lebanon and Hebron, CT. Swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, and sunbathing are all activities you can enjoy. There are no motor boats allowed so you can enjoy all of those activities in a peaceful environment. Two beaches are located 1/2 or 1 mile away with ample parking at both

Windham Gardens

Our guesthouse is a newly-renovated bespoke cottage located on the grounds of the circa 1750 Windham Gardens estate in the heart of historic colonial Windham Center. The cottage sits in the midst of a private garden, with several intimate outdoor seating areas. The cottage has a bedroom, bathroom, and a orchid filled garden conservatory with a retro kitchenette. The garden cottage is just 15 minutes from UConn and close to numerous restaurants and antique shops.
