Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

A soli dieci minuti di macchina potete inoltre raggiungere le stazioni ferroviarie di Latisana e Codroipo. L'alloggio si trova al piano terra della nostra residenza, questo ci permette di essere sempre a vostra disposizione. ANIMALI NON AMMESSI.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

l'alloggio,ristrutturato nel 2023, dispone di due camere da letto una con letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli che all'occorrenza diventa matrimoniale, in soggiorno è presente un divano letto. Ogni ambiente dispone di condizionatore autonomo, ampio angolo cottura con tutto l'occorrente, al piano terra c'è una lavanderia con lavatrice e asse da stiro. Nelle adiacenze della casa son sempre disponibili parcheggi.
