A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance to Franklin Plaza, one of Troy's most popular wedding and events venues. This apartment was remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, featuring original brick, a marble fireplace, beautiful, plastered crown molding and medallions. For security reason we have cameras in the hallways of the first and second floor, outside the front door, outside the back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units .
