My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Im Sommer findet ihr hier zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zu wandern, zu klettern oder zu mountainbiken und könnt euch danach im Naturpool erfrischen oder in unserer Panoramasauna mit Blick auf den Hochkönig entspannen.

Die Ferienwohnung "Bachblick" liegt absolut ruhig direkt am Kieferbach zwischen Kaisergebirge und dem Gießenbachtal. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich im alpenländischen Stil eingerichtet u. wird über eine Außentreppe erreicht. Das Grundstück grenzt direkt an den traumhaften Kieferbach. Die Badestelle ist nur 50 m vom Haus entfernt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Süd-Balkon mit Blick auf den Kieferbach und den großen Traithen.

Die Unterkunft liegt in unverbauter Natur, direkt am Waldrand bzw. Fischbach. Die geräumige Unterkunft mit ca. 120 m2 befindet sich auf einer Ebene mit separatem Hauseingang. Am 4000 m2 großen Privatgrundstück befinden sich noch ein kleiner Stall mit Zwergziegen, ein Brunnen, ein Troadkasten und das Wohnhaus des Vermieters.
