We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

House on Lake Flower close to downtown and Ice Castle (Winter) and Farmers Market (Summer/Fall). Guests have access to the downstairs of the home (upstairs is vacant/closed off).
