Beautiful cottage in the Adirondack Mountains situated on over an acre of waterfront property with River access. Enjoy swimming, Kayaking and fishing on the Hudson River, all right from the backyard of the house. It has a great deck which overlooks the river with perfect views for enjoying sunset cocktails… Yard also has two fire-pits for night time fun and laughs. Cabin is close to skiing, snowmobiling trails. Perfect for a family getaway to make awesome memories. STAY, SPLASH, SMORES!!!!!

Lake George Retreat, pet friendly

Have the best of both worlds in this Chalet style house. Relax in the Adirondacks on this private wooded lot and enjoy the wide range of activities in a 10 minute drive to Lake George Village. The house has many common areas: living room, family room with wet bar, 2 sunrooms and two patios. It has charming features such as a sunk-in jetted tub, spiral staircase and beautiful stone fireplace. The address is Lake Luzerne but the property boarders the town of Lake George. No smoking is allowed.

Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Rustic Adirondack Studio Apartment

Come and enjoy the Adirondacks for an overnight stay or a couple of days. Enjoy our lakefront with access to swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding or just kick back at the dock and enjoy your coffee or other beverage.
