The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center. We are pet friendly.
