This 1940s bungalow was just renovated into a quaint and cozy space to get away. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. If you'd rather stay on dry land, hike at Lake Whitney State Park or play a round of golf at White Bluff Resort-both just 15 min. away.
