If you're not a Vol fan when you get here, you will be when you leave! With the University of Tennessee less than a mile from our property, it's a must to enjoy our "Go Big Orange" inspired loft! The spacious living room overlooks Market Sq - the center of it all! There is a 1st floor futon bedroom that sleeps two and a queen bed upstairs. From Keurig to corkscrew, the kitchen is fully stocked, just like home. With private rooftop access, come enjoy your Downtown Knoxville experience in DT210!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this South Knoxville loft. This brand new 2 bedroom 1 bath loft apartment is just 10 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from the Smokey Mountains, and only 5 minutes from Baker Creek Preserve and Bike Park. If you're here for the game, leave your car parked here and take a short uber ride to the stadium. If you're here for mountain biking, it's a short ride from here to the trailhead. Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request. We charge a $45 pet fee.
