Entsprechend der traditionellen Bauweise (Familienhaus) ist das Haus von aussen wie von innen nicht schalldicht. Heisst; die Mitbewohner sind punktuell (mal mehr, mal weniger)hörbar. Daher bitten wir die jeweiligen Mieter sich rücksichtsvoll zu verhalten und beim Walzer tanzen etwas leiser zu sein :)
