For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Urig und echt. Unser Tiroler Holzfällerhaus auf 1000 m Seehöhe ist ein sogenanntes Söllhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, innen komplett renoviert und alle sanitären Anlagen inkl. Bodenheizungen in den Bädern neu installiert. Bushaltestelle u. mit Bus/Auto max. 3 min. zum direkten Einstieg zur Gondelbahn Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau. Nachhaltiger sanfter Wintertourismus aber auch Ski-Action pur. Direkt von der Hütte die Tourenski anschnallen und die Gipfel in den Kitzbüheler Alpen erklimmen.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.
