Big Beef Spit is a five-minute walk away. A neighboring guest house and caretaker’s cottage are also both available for rent. **Please note that the loft bedroom gets chilly during cold weather.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). This newly renovated one-bedroom apartment is 800 sq ft, nestled on a quiet, tree-lined road with a private entrance. We live upstairs, and you may hear footsteps and quiet voices, but we make a concerted effort to keep noise minimal. We were proud Super Hosts for over six years and took a little break in 2025, but we can't wait to earn that title back in 2026!

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees.
