Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Merlin is a perfect space for 2 on an 84 acre hillside farm. The farm offers stunning views of the Lake of Menteith and surrounding hills. Our cosy garden cottage with bedsit, kitchen-diner & log-stove is the ideal base for exploring the Trossachs/Loch Lomond National Park, Glasgow, Stirling & Edinburgh. Located in scenic, rural Kippen, we are a short walk from shops, post office and 2 gastro-pubs: The Cross Keys and The Inn. A farm shop/cafe with a Deli counter is on the outskirts. Located an old military road, the village features historic buildings & Kippen Church with stained glass windows by Herbert Hendrie.

The Fox Den

The Fox Den is situated on our family farm in Stirlingshire, Scotland. Using recycled shipping containers that used to store our sheep feed during the winters we have renovated them to create a beautiful country retreat. Relax and unwind in this unique space with panoramic views of the trossachs from the roof terrace. Set amongst 30 acres of native Scottish woodland with walkways and only 1/2km from the River Forth, there’s no better place to enjoy rural Stirlingshire.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

This small terraced cottage is in the friendly village of Thornhill, a scenically short drive from the hiking, walking and biking trails of the Trossachs. Within the village there is small path network and two commons for evening strolls. Thornhill is perfectly located to explore Stirling, Callander, Doune and the surrounding countryside, including Blairdrummond Safari Park. The village boasts a fabulous pub/restaurant serving good food and chatty locals.

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

The Wash House is a beautiful, cosy cottage adjacent to a charming Schoolhouse built in 1857. This space was once the schools laundry facility. Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.
