Beautiful royal-village cottage with wood-burner

Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has great food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. The Stag is a lovely bistro (our fav). Fine dining at the Boar's Head in Auchtermuchty.

Recently refurbished, two bedroom self-contained house, with private off road parking. Situated close to Dundee city centre, fantastic base to explore Dundee and the surrounding areas, with excellent transportation links. The fantastic newly opened V&A Museum and Dundee Waterfront is only a few minutes drive. Close to lovely fishing village of Broughty Ferry, with its beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants. Golfers would be delighted with both St Andrews and Carnoustie a short drive away.

The Hay Shed - St Andrews

Located only 2 miles out of St Andrews, the Hay shed is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy sea views. It is positioned in the grounds of a large house with views over a field and then towards the sea. The Hay Shed offers a luxury glamping experience, think outside bath whilst watching the stars, cosy firepit and twinkling festoon lights. Perfect for a getaway for two people but also room for two kids in the mezzanine area (mattress provided but no bed linen for this bed). One dog allowed.

Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Panbride Loft is a fresh, comfortable, bright and largely open plan self-contained property accessed via our garden. It is split over two levels, with bathroom, shower and storage on the ground floor and a fitted kitchen, dining table, a large sofa/double bed, a double bed and storage for clothes on the upper floor. There is a flat screen TV, wifi throughout and off-street parking. We are close to Carnoustie Championship Golf course, the Angus Glens, and beautiful East Coast beaches.

We are only minutes from Monifieth with it's shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses and beach with public transport/cycle path giving easy access to Carnoustie, Broughty Ferry and Dundee.
