Relax on a large, private deck equipped with a year-round hot tub while taking in the beauty of the surrounding vistas. At night, you will be treated to breathtaking panoramas of the celestial bodies above. Located within 10 miles from many wineries, breweries, restaurants, wedding & event venues and local attractions. Truly a unique place to enjoy all that the Finger Lakes has to offer.

Your stay here will be relaxing and peaceful in a private and spacious suite with a private dock & kayaks. Located in Hector, you’ll be surrounded by wineries, breweries and farm to table dining. The bnb is located on the second level of unoccupied storage space but your entry requires just two steps as seen in the photos. The path to the lake is well lit a 60-90 second walk. I live between the bnb and the lake so I’m available at all times. Please read “The space” below for all the amenities.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes. The bedrooms have linens and bathrooms stocked with towels and soaps and toilet paper. A beautiful enclosed front porch surrounded with picture windows provides amazing views. A dock and kayaks are provided during the summer months to enjoy the lake.

This is similar in size and layout as the other home. It has two king-size bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, laundry, and central air. There is also plenty of off-street parking available. We are putting together the gas firepit and seating now
